- Where can I find a recording of the class I couldn’t attend live?
- All classes are recorded and posted to the course website within 48 hours. You will also receive a link to all classes from the previous week in Kate’s Weekly Email on Monday morning.
- Where can I find the link that was shared in the chat?
- The chat transcript from each live call is posted along with the recording, links and all!
Membership
- When does my membership renew?
- Desktop/laptop: click “my account” in the top right corner – or – on mobile/tablet: click the head and shoulders in the top right corner
- Click “Subscriptions” or “My Subcriptions” on the left side
- Your “Next Payment Date” is displayed on this page
- Annual Members will receive an email reminder ________ before their renewal date.
- I want to cancel my membership, how can I do that?
- Desktop/laptop: click “my account” in the top right corner – or – on mobile/tablet: click the head and shoulders in the top right corner
- Click “Subscriptions” or “My Subcriptions” on the left side
- If you have multiple subscriptions: Find the subscription labeled “active” then click “view”
- Click “Cancel”
- We hope to see you back in Daily Virtuoso when the time is right for you!
- You will retain access to your membership through the end of your billing cycle.
